4-H is a community for ALL kids! We believe that every child has valuable strengths and qualities that will allow them to make a real difference.
The vision of Phillips County 4-H is a world in which youth and adults learn, grow, and work together as catalysts for positive change.

4-H is delivered by more than 100 public universities, such as CSU, to provide opportunities for youth to learn through doing. And best yet, it is FUN! 4-H is the largest youth organization in the country with nearly 6 million total participants! Based on their interests and guided by adult mentors, youth develop their own pathway in 4‑H. They select from a range of 4‑H programs. There are opportunities for everyone.
